11 September 2014 – Elders Project evening run, Sadler’s Wells
A full run of the entire programme and our chance to see the other works and admire the contributions of our fellow artists. Sadly, we were not able to record the performance at Sadler’s Wells, so this will also be the only record of the work as it was presented there:
7 October 2014 – The Elders Project: Middlesex University, Hendon Campus performance
Almost four weeks after our Sadler’s Wells performances, which has left us initially exhilarated and then slightly disbelieving that it all really happened, we performed again at the Grove Dance Theatre at Middlesex University’s Hendon Campus. Unfortunately, Brian Bertscher was not able to join us, however Jonathan Burrows and Matteo Fargion demonstrated their adaptability by quickly re-editing the work; and the occasion also allowed a post-performance discussion chaired by Graeme Miller, ResCen Research Centre artist.
