		<description><![CDATA[This is the &#039;voice&#039; of another dancemaker from afar who has been following this blog with interest.  I was pushed to reply to you as I valued the directness and honesty of your responses. I was thinking, as I was waking of the dichotomoty of uncertainty  as an absolute necessity or certainty in the making, and that we are driven to these nerve wracking and uncomfortable places. This notion of uncertainty seems all around us as a necessary state to new beginnings whether it be the rebellions across the Middle East, the cries against corruption in India, the rage against financial upheaval in Europe or the spilling of young people looting and burning in  my neighbourhood of Tottenham and Wood Green in London - where the building I often used as a landmark is no longer there.  All this may be a world away as you attend to the detail and finess of the performance (which may have already happened)or we can imagine your experience as a micro of all this change around us.  I hope you enjoy the final conclusion of the project and good luck for the questions that come  out of this process.]]></description>

It recalled for me the interview of Tony Cragg this week prior to his opening in Edinburgh in which he insisted on the energy/force expressed in his sculptures was not symbolic, or in any way representational but was a reality and a necessity.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think this post is really fitting to the daily geographical context we are in here at TNUA. When I am walking from studio to studio or up the hill to the guesthouse, or down the hill to the metro, I am very aware of the mountains. I am physically aware of the strength it takes going up, going down. I am visually and perceptually aware of their majesty, their beauty, and also, at their physical dominance. I have urges to trace the mountains with my body. Perhaps the metaphorical mountains emerge from the physical mountains that surround us in someway? Anyway, I appreciate this post. I also saw this re-united painting and was drawn to the concept and manifestation of mountain.]]></description>
